When you order a mug, we collect your email address and shipping address. That's it. We don't track you across the internet, we don't sell your data, and we don't run targeted ads with your information.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your credit card number.
How We Use It
- Fulfill your order (printing and shipping your mug)
- Send order confirmation and shipping updates via email
- Handle refunds or support requests

We use minimal cookies — just one for site analytics (visitor-level, no personal data). No advertising cookies, no tracking cookies.
Data Retention
Order data is kept for 2 years after purchase for tax and support purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@mugged.polsia.app.
Third Parties
- Stripe: processes your payment. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
- Printful: fulfills and ships your order. They receive your shipping address only.
- Polsia: hosts this store. Their infrastructure handles site delivery and basic analytics.
